Returns Policy
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the product or issue a full refund including delivery charges within 28 days of your delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are unhappy for any other reason with your order, or change your mind, and notify us within 7 working days of delivery, we will exchange or refund any unused items. All we ask is that the goods are returned to us, as sold, with the original sales receipt within 28 days of delivery. Collection of the goods will occur via our nominated carrier. In certain circumstances we may charge for the cost of this service. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order.
To return items please call our sales team on 01753 530676 and they will arrange for the collection of unwanted goods. Alternatively you can return unwanted goods to any SHS / Renaissance Bathrooms store. Please take your sales receipt with you and let a member of sales staff know you ordered the goods on-line and they will process your refund immediately.
