Ordering Online

We will only send orders to addresses in the UK. We will only accept on-line orders which you pay for with a valid credit/payment card. Submitting your details over the web is safe and secure, for your security, all credit-card details are submitted directly to Worldpay.

You can order Slough Heating Supplies products in two ways:

Method 1

If you know the product number of the item you want to order enter the product number in the "Search" box. The next screen will describe the item and price. You can enter how many items you want to order by clicking in the "Order quantity" button. To add this quantity to your shopping basket, click on the "Add to basket" button.

Method 2

If you know you want to order a particular type of product you can select any of the categories from the menus at the top of the screen. The next screen will show all the available products from the sub-category you have selected. You can then add items to your shopping basket using method one or two.

Order Completion

When you have added all the items you want to your shopping basket, click on the "Checkout" button at the top or right hand side of the page. This is your offer to us to buy the products you have chosen. On the screens which follow you will need to:

  • provide an email address and password to register your account;
  • give your first and last name and the billing address of your credit card. Please note that this must be a UK or Ireland address;
  • enter the postcode and house number of your delivery address or, if you have registered your account with us, you can simply enter your name and password.
  • confirm that your delivery address details are correct;
  • We cannot accept your order without these details.

When you have confirmed your delivery details, you can then choose how you want your order to be delivered. The website will show a list of delivery options and will then add the cost of the delivery method you choose to your order total.

Before you confirm your purchase, you can correct any details of your order and you can also give us a separate billing address to send the bill to if this is different to your delivery address.

Purchase Confirmation

When you pay on line you will be transferred to a secure payment system and asked to enter your credit card details. If your payment is successful you will receive an e-mail accepting your order, confirming what you have ordered and the total amount debited from your card.

Payment Card Processing

We check your payment card when we process your order. Your account will be charged at the same time. If your order is cancelled before delivery, we will refund the full amount to your payment card.

We can process payments from MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch and Solo.

Your Account

You can register a new account before you purchase or when you purchase your first product. When you register we will ask you for your email address and a password of your choice.

Once registered, you can review your outstanding orders, order history, account details and change your account details, password and email.

When you edit your account details you will be able to:

  • Change your billing address details
  • Change your delivery address
  • Change your account email and password

Order Cancelation

If you want to cancel your order please call us immediately. If we have not already sent the order we will do our best to cancel it. Please remember that we send most orders on the day we receive them.

Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the item you have bought, just return it to us by post, unopened in its original condition, within 7 days and we will give a full refund for the price of the item. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if you had to return the goods because of our mistake. This does not affect your legal rights.

Before you return any goods, please call us on 01753 530676 to get a returns number. We will not accept any goods you return without this number.

Please fill in the return information on the packaging slip we sent with your order, and wrap the packaging securely. For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
